This Privacy Policy explains how GaileyTech LLC (“Implementr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit implementr.ai (the “Site”), take the Keystone self-assessment, book a call, or otherwise interact with our services.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, and any details you share about your organization. When you take the self-assessment, we collect your responses; if you choose to receive your report by email, we collect the email address you provide. If you email us directly, we retain that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide assessment results and reports you request;
Schedule and conduct calls you book;
Respond to inquiries and communicate with you about our services;
Send relevant content (such as follow-up materials or a newsletter) where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time;
Improve the Site, the assessment instrument, and our services;
Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Service providers

We use a small number of third-party processors to operate the Site and our business, which may include: a scheduling/booking provider (to manage calendar bookings), an email service provider (to deliver transactional and opted-in email), website hosting and infrastructure providers, and analytics tooling. These providers process data only on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations. A current list of processors is available on request.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses only the cookies and browser storage necessary to function — for example, the self-assessment stores your in-progress responses in your own browser's local storage so you can resume where you left off. That data stays on your device unless you submit it to us.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — typically for the duration of our relationship with you plus a reasonable period afterward, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Data security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; receive a portable copy of your data; and opt out of marketing communications. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated more prominently where required.
