Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of implementr.ai (the “Site”), including the Keystone self-assessment and related content, operated by GaileyTech LLC (“Implementr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfering with the Site's operation, scraping content at scale, or using the Site to transmit malicious code.

2. The self-assessment

The Keystone maturity self-assessment is provided free of charge for informational purposes. Results are generated from your self-reported answers and are directional, not diagnostic: assessment results are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, and do not constitute professional, engineering, or business advice. Decisions you make based on assessment results are your own responsibility. Self-reported scores commonly differ from measured results.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Keystone framework, Keystone Core, Keystone SRE, the assessment instrument and rubrics, maturity models, ceremony and artifact definitions, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by GaileyTech LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site and use its content for your internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from Keystone materials — including repackaging the framework or assessment for commercial use — without our prior written consent. Reasonable internal sharing (for example, forwarding your assessment report within your organization) is permitted and encouraged.

4. Consulting engagements

Paid engagements (assessments, transformations, retainers) are governed by a separate written agreement between GaileyTech LLC and your organization. These Terms govern only your use of the Site; in the event of a conflict, the engagement agreement controls for engagement matters.

5. Bookings and communications

When you book a call or submit your email, you consent to us contacting you about your request. Marketing communications are sent only with your consent, and every message includes an unsubscribe option. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (such as a scheduling provider). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAILEYTECH LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GaileyTech LLC and its officers, members, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GaileyTech LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
